This dog friendly beach home is fully fenced and spanning over 2 blocks of land and is tucked in a court location in the heart of town with all amenities within a short walk. The kids will love the how close the skate park, half court basketball, playground and BBQ area are and with the convenience of the local shops just in front you can't get better than this!
Easy access to the water through the walkway reserve at the end of the court for a fun day of swimming, boating or fishing. The boat ramp is also only a short minutes drive from here as well.
Offering an open plan living home with reverse cycle air-conditioning with dining leading out onto the north facing deck and then down onto the undercover pergola / BBQ area, which is where you will find yourself lapping up the sun and enjoying an aussie barbie! A smart TV to the living will keep you entertained on the wet days.
The master bedroom is tucked at the front of the home with its own ensuite, with the remaining two bedrooms down the hall opposite the dining with the second bathroom.
This home will comfortably sleep 7 people with bedrooms offering; master with queen bed, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with a set of bunks and a single bed.
The property does not offer internet, so take the opportunity to fully reset and explore what the town has to offer!
