Offering four spacious bedrooms with 1 x king bed, 2 x single beds and 2 x queen beds. The main bedroom also provides en-suite and walk-in-robe making your stay even more comfortable. Main bathroom is spacious in size including a bath for the kids with separate toilet and laundry facilities located adjacent.
The open plan living at the rear of the home is the perfect space to entertain with fully equipped kitchen and seating for 8 people. The area also has the luxuries of wood heating (wood can be purchased from the garden supplies or BP Service Station in town) and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The living area flows out onto the back deck for an on flow of entertaining with a paved/deck area, large table and BBQ for your enjoyment and space for the kids to run around. There are toys, video games and movies to keep the whole family entertained for cooler days.
The house is also located within a short walk to Lake Victoria and also has close proximity to the BP Service Station located just around the corner. The famous Ninety Mile Beach is less than a 5 minute drive from your doorstep as well!

The home is fully self contained but tenants will need to bring -

Comfortably sleeps 8 people (maximum) and there is also a porta cot for the little one not ready for a big bed.
**Please note all tenants are to leave the home exactly how they found it. Cleaner will visit property after stay and included in the price of accommodation is one hour clean allotted and any extra cleaning will be taken from the bond.
